Super Sucker Dump Tank

Our Super Sucker Dump Trucks are used for de-slitting work for a sewer line. This super sucker has an attachment of the dump tank in it. This tank is used in linear provision work as well as cleaning and maintenance of the septic tanks. This product is made with high-grade components thus it assures the finest quality operation. 

 Super Sucker Dump Tank is a heavy-duty, truck-mounted vacuum system for cleaning sewers, tanks, and drains, simultaneously using high-pressure water jets to break up blockages and a powerful vacuum pump to suck sludge, mud, and debris into an onboard dump tank, offering dual-action cleaning for efficient waste removal and material recovery in tough environments.

• Vacuum System: A high-capacity Roots-type blower generates powerful vacuum (e.g., 28" Hg, 6,000 CFM) to lift wet and dry materials.
• Jetting System: High-pressure water pumps (e.g., 3000 PSI) and hoses break up clogs and create slurry.
• Dual Tanks: A fresh water tank for jetting and a large, stainless steel dump tank (e.g., 10,000L) for collected waste.
• Filtration: Cyclone separators and baghouses filter air, separating solids before the air is exhausted.
• Hydraulics: A hydraulic system opens the rear door (with locking clamps) and tips the tank for discharge.
• Chassis: Mounted on rugged truck chassis (e.g., 25-ton GVW).
